In February Megan Foley traveled to Nashville for the Alpaca Owners & Breeders Associate Design Awards. Her jacquard fabric, woven with alpaca yarn and felted, won first place for textile design. While in Nashville, students toured the Country Music Hall of Fame as well as New Era Fiber Mill & Hickory Bluff Farms for an up close look at some alpacas!
